Papyrus's information website provides information about Papyrus programs and services. It provides links to join our WhatsApp community and sign up as a contributor. It provides basic information about Papyrus as an organization and how to get started as a community contributor.

International Users 

The service is controlled, operated, and administered by PapyrusAI from offices in India. If you access the service from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. You agree not to use PapyrusAI content in any country or manner prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, or restrictions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PapyrusAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the site, any user postings, or violations of these terms.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by final, binding arbitration under Indian law. The arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by a service agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's decision will be final and enforceable in any court with jurisdiction. In legal actions or arbitrations, the prevailing party will recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs. All disputes, whether direct or indirect, fall under this arbitration clause, which will survive the termination of these terms.

Class Action Waiver

All arbitrations will occur individually. Class arbitrations and collective actions are prohibited. You may only bring claims in your individual capacity, not as part of a class or collective action.

Liability Disclaimer

PapyrusAI and its suppliers do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of this content.
